Return/Exchange Policy

At Rangsaaj, we want you to love what you wear. While we do not accept returns or Replacement or Refunds, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions to ensure you receive your perfect fit and style.
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
- Products are eligible for exchange only
- Exchange request must be initiated by shipping the product to us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Exchanges are applicable only for sizing or defect/manufacturing issues.
- Customized or sale items are not eligible for exchange.
HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
Notify us about your exchange by emailing us with your Order Number, product details, and reason for exchange.
Self-ship the item to our address within 5 days of delivery. Shipping charges for sending the product back are borne by the customer.
Once the product passes our quality check, we will process the exchange as per your request (subject to stock availability).
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
1) Pack the items securely to avoid any damage during transit.
2) Ensure all original tags, invoices, and packaging are included.

Products shipped for exchange after the 5-day window will not be accepted.
