Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
- Products bought during sale/discount may not be eligible (unless defective)
Exchange Process
- Raise a request via our support email or website
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable)
- After quality check, we will dispatch the replacement product
Exchange Options
- Exchange for a different size or variant of the same product
- If unavailable, you can opt for a store credit (valid for future purchases)
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
Damaged / Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, report within 48 hours with clear images
- We will prioritize and process your exchange immediately at no extra cost
Shipping Charges
- Reverse pickup is free for defective or incorrect items
- For size/choice exchanges, a minimal logistics fee may apply
