Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  • Products bought during sale/discount may not be eligible (unless defective)

Exchange Process

  • Raise a request via our support email or website
  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable)
  • After quality check, we will dispatch the replacement product

Exchange Options

  • Exchange for a different size or variant of the same product
  • If unavailable, you can opt for a store credit (valid for future purchases)

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

Damaged / Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, report within 48 hours with clear images
  • We will prioritize and process your exchange immediately at no extra cost

Shipping Charges

  • Reverse pickup is free for defective or incorrect items
  • For size/choice exchanges, a minimal logistics fee may apply
